Dexter Gouger

Hello! My name is Dexter Gouger, and I have lived in the greater Chattanooga area my entire life. I have lived in Marion County, Downtown Chattanooga, North Shore, and currently in North Georgia. I have experience in buying in selling homes, as well as land purchases and management. My wife and I are avid lovers of the outdoors and both are educators in North Georgia, as well as being a licensed Realtor®.
Through my experiences as an educator I have learned that everyone is unique. Everyone has unique needs, and wants. With this in mind I want to help you find the property that helps to fit your unique needs and wants. Throughout the real estate process I look forward to helping you take your next steps in property ownership, investment, management, and life.
